Sunrise Chrysocolla
Sunrise Chrysocolla is the newest stone on the market! It is a beautiful semi-precious gemstone that was found in Mexico in Sonora. By its full name it is known as Sonora Sunrise Chrysocolla Cuprite. It is a rare material that is also sometimes referred to as the Christmas Stone because of the green and red coloring. Each stone is a blend of chrysocolla and cuprite. Some pieces are more chrysocolla, the blue-green color, and some pieces have more of the rusty reddish colored cuprite. Many of the stones are picturesque like landscapes stones. The stone is very earthy in tone and makes beautiful jewelry.

Well matched stones set in intricate bezels create a beautiful landscape of red stone and mountain rock in a length of 22" but may be worn as short as 18". It is finished with a nice large lobster claw clasp. The largest setting is 1 1/2" tall by 1 1/8" wide. Earrings dangle 1 1/8".
