
Tommy Singer has been a silversmith for over 28 years. He learned the art of silversmithing from his father when he was just 7 years old. His father, Tsinnigne Hathali was a Navajo medicine man. Tommy began creating jewelry full-time at the age of 21.
His early work featured turquoise chip inlay. Now Tommy Singer jewelry designs are done in exquisite silver overlay with intricate designs. He incorporates many traditional sandpainting and rug designs of the Navajo people into his jewelry. His current work often includes 14 karat gold overlay on silver. His carved silver bead and gemstone necklaces are highly sought after.
